How to Join the HMS PTC

There are a few ways to become an active member
of HMS PTC for the 2009 - 2010 School Year.

Fill out the membership form and submit $1.00 for dues (Link to Form)
Fill out the 2 hour pledge interest survey ( Link to Form)

Come to a meeting and check out the club!

Open and print the form of your choice, fill out form and send paperwork back
to school to the attention of the "PTC" along with any membership fees due.
