Arrival procedures:
School starts at 8 am. Students may be dropped off at school no earlier than 7:30 am. If you are planning on eating breakfast, please make sure you arrive no later than 7:50 am.
Students will need to be dropped off in the Circle Drive (yellow arrows in the picture above). Please enter the circle drive on Boul Avenue. We ask that you pull all the way up to the first cone.
We ask that you please stay in your vehicle and have your child exit and walk to the main doors.
Vehicles can then exit using Highway 161.
Supervisors will be outside to assist our students.
Pick-up procedures:
If your child is car pick up in the afternoon, we ask that you arrive no earlier than 2:15 pm. All students will be dismissed at 2:40 pm.
We ask that parents use the same Circle Drive as in arrival, entering on Boul Avenue, to line up for student pick up. Please pull up to the orange cone in a single lane.
As we get to know vehicles and families, it is super helpful if a sign is placed in your dashboard stating your student(s) last name and grade level!
Please stay in your vehicle as we will have staff assisting the students.
As soon as your child enters the vehicle, please exit the grounds so that other students may enter their vehicle.
We appreciate your patience during our first weeks of school. As we work with the students to establish routines, this process will begin to speed up and become more efficient. Safety is our number one priority for our students and staff.
